Teaching children is a difficult task, and since ranking schools teachers have to get results....albeit education benchmarks have fallen in recent years since the push and growth of private eduaction, still a teacher has to work hard to get results, and these people are not factory workers where as such most people just turn the auto-piloty on to get through the day.
Yes teachers get more in super.....then they have earnt it as well.
