They may or may not be cute and cuddly but theres no denying that they are a massive drain on our welfare system, 9 tenths of them sucking welfare even years later. Not that the left would care, they expect nothing of them, no contribution whatsoever, basically they view them as pets.

I don't see anyone supporting the wrong side here. The guy should have taken his pension or whatever entitlements he had. He did his job. I do my job and get paid for it and expect no more.

Bin Laden's killer reveals personal costFairfax NZ News | 11:05AM - Tuesday, 12 February 2013OSAMA BIN LADEN: Was moving towards an AK47 while holding on to one of his wives, the Navy Seal says.THE US Navy Seal who claims to have killed Osama bin Laden has described shooting him in the head and how he is now a civilian struggling to survive.
In a 15,000 word piece published in Esquire magazine, the soldier describes his jubilation but also the personal cost he has since suffered.
"I shot him, two times in the forehead. Bap! Bap! The second time as he's going down. He crumpled on to the floor in front of his bed and I hit him again, Bap! same place."
The man was part of Seal Team Six, which was tasked with flying into Pakistan and killing the al Qaeda leader at his hideout nearly two years ago. He told the magazine he was the only one to shoot bin Laden. He entered bin Laden's third-storey bedroom and saw the terror chief move across the room, while holding on to one of his wives, towards an AK47 rifle.
"He looked confused. And way taller than I was expecting... he was holding her in front of him. Maybe as a shield, I don't know. For me, it was a snapshot of a target ID, definitely him... that's him, boom, done."
"I thought in that first instant how skinny he was, how tall and how short his beard was, all at once. He was wearing one of those white hats, but he had, like, an almost shaved head. Like a crew cut. I remember all that registering."
"In that second, I shot him, two times in the forehead. Bap! Bap! The second time as he's going down. He crumpled on to the floor in front of his bed and I hit him again, Bap! same place."
"He was dead. Not moving. His tongue was out. I watched him take his last breaths, just a reflex breath."
It was over in 15 seconds. He said most of the team thought they would die on the mission and had written farewell letters to their families.
The interview goes on to reveal the mental and physical price the man has since paid.
He was offered a place on witness protection, his job: delivering beer. He turned it down because he didn't want to lose contact with family and friends.
He had taken part in the interview because after 16 years' service he no pension or health care. Only those with 20 years' service got the benefits. The soldier also talked about teaching his children to hide in the bath and his wife to use a shotgun out of fear of reprisal.
"He gave so much to his country, and now it seems he's left in the dust," his wife says.
"I feel there's no support, not just for my family but for other families in the community. I honestly have nobody I can go to or talk to. Nor do I feel my husband has gotten much for what he's accomplished in his career," she says.www.stuff.co.nz/world/asia/8292300/Bin-Ladens-killer-reveals-personal-cost This is a bloody outrage... how typical of stupid Americans to treat their own citizens like this. They are truly disgusting. Why are we on their side?...seriously!

You know KTJ, it's typical of you to say "get a job" to this bloke who's very likely suffering PTSD. He's come through a mission in which he fully expected he could die. He knows that every fundy muslim will be looking for him ... he and his family are now jihad targets. And yet you have no problems with every fundy musso pouring into Australia and straight onto disability pensions for life! No admonishments from you for them "to get a job!" Just shows your skewed views on anything to do with mussos. And the abovepost shows just how ignorant your views are Stellar. I would say the same about your's Bender. Of course, as a refugee and muslim advocate, I wouldn't expect you to say anything different. But the facts are, muslims DO attend mosque services. Your claims as to only 10% is absolutely farcical yet you expect people to take you seriously?? Then why don't they adapt to our culture and traditions and values once they get here?? You're just bullshitting as usual. Muslims do not integrate and just carry on exactly the way they did in their own countries. Then why are you constantly mouthing off whenever I say anything about muslims and Islam? You just cannot help yourself can you! Seems to me the only liar around here is you because there is no way you work in detention centres. You're the one who didn't even know there was a mosque on Christmas Island until I posted a picture of it. You are the one who has never experienced a riot, never experienced any trouble whatsoever from your beloved mussos. To you they are all lovable, hardworking, contributing members of society. But we know differently! And if you had a son who worked in the Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad, you'd get the real picture of muslims and their criminal culture. It's something you refuse to admit, you turn your back and whistle in the wind with your fingers in your ears. You know NOTHING of muslims in our society and the intolerant and criminal lifestyle they have adopted because of our inability to deal with their crime infested communities because of some stupid politically correct fear of offending them. It's advocates like you who are the problem and why the statistics regarding muslims are so disturbing when you won't hear one word said against them.

I know a woman who works in the detention centre at Christmas island... the inmates behave like animals...
don't let Bender sell you any idea these are wonderful peace loving people... they're complete and utter ingrates and they treat the women staff abominably....
I think a live 24/7 TV feed should be shown to the whole of Australia.. at what goes on in those places just so people are aware of what we are allowing into Australia and how our young daughters and sons are not safe.

Yes, of course they act like animals! It's been documented enough. But Bender who insists he's employed there has never seen any bad behaviour, never experienced a riot, never been physically abused by detainees. He pushes credibility to the max when we know these things happen. He's just a bullshitting, lying advocate trying to assure everyone that muslims are perfectly behaved, polite and grateful recipients of our generosity. He obviously never heard of one particular muslim's reaction to being told Australia was a sovereign nation - "This is Allah's land!!" In other words, he had every right to be here and be supported by the inhabitants! After all, Mohammed did exactly the same.

You're the one who didn't even know there was a mosque on Christmas Island until I posted a picture of it. He also said that the detention centres on nauru are no longer there. Yet they were. He is a fraud and has proven it. He is illinformed about Nauru detention centre and its history and illinformed about Mosques on these Islands yet perportedly works and liaises with Islamic detainees. He has no knowledge of Australia's immigration system. He is merely a volunteer advocate, like Mad Mazz (Marilyn Shepherd). Even at that, his knowledge is woefully inept.

Bender also has never witnessed any rioting, arson, detainees attacking police and detention centre workers or setting the centre on fire. Bender has no knowledge of the $20 million damage bill caused by detainees setting centres alight. This never happened according to Bender because he's personally never witnessed it. All muslims are well behaved good guys. And yet he claims to work in detention centres. He is a fraud.

Salem, I stated that the facilities on Nauru and Manus were no longer available and the assessment from contractors were that it would take 6 - 12 months before any sort of permanent facility was operational. The first transfers to Nauru took place during the middle of September (the successful tenders for the operation and construction of the center were announced September 11 I believe. We're now heading to the 5 month mark and guess what, people are still living in tents, even the staff (unless you work nightshift in which case they'll put you in a hotel room rather then have you try and sleep in 35-40 degree heat in a tent.
But that's Wilson Security, Transfield Services and the Salvo's problem. If anyone's looking for a job out there they're paying about $49 an hour (flat rate) on a 17 on, 11, off roster but apparently the living conditions devalue that hourly rate significantly because despite Wilsons offering positions to a fair few of my colleagues, only 1 actually took it up because the working conditions are so bad. G4S which is handling Manus Island is offering $47,000 (tax free) for a 90 day stint out there. Once again, takers are pretty thin on the ground.
You've got to ask yourself how bad conditions are for the staff (who only have to spend half the day in the detention center) that prospective pay packets such as has been offered will go begging.
I don't talk about specifics of what I do because I am bound by non disclosure agreements that pay particular focus to Social Media, and if I agree to a condition, then I honour it. If you don't want to believe me Salem then I guess I'm just going to have to try and live with that.
But if you want to claim I'm ill informed Salem? You're going to walk away a loser every time on that one.

No, you didn't. You said they no longer existed. That, plus the fact that you had no idea about the Mosque on Christmas Island and your lack of even the most basic of knowledge regarding riots - thats 3 issues already that you FAILED the basic knowledge test of - show you Bender, despite all your bluff and bluster, are the one who already walked away the loser. And you will be, every single time. You don't fool anyone so keep on proving how illinformed you truly are. If you are going to act a part Bender, at least research it first. I almost feel sorry for the fool you are making of yourself..... Almost.

The mosque on Christmas Island is across the road from the Malay Club (where if Sunday is your day off you can score a fantastic feed for breakfast) on the waterfront at Flying Fish Cove Salem, it's about 100m from the Post office and about 300m from the Jetty. It has a handball court out the back and about 4 palm trees.
Salem you have exagerated what I have said to the point that it is not an honest representation. What I said about the Mosque on CI is that so few detainees attended it that I didn't even know where it was. Since I made that statement, if you accumulated my time on CI, I've spent something approaching 9 months there and I feel I am the best qualified here to make the assessment that very few clients choose to attend the Mosque despite the fact that that might be the only time they'll leave the detention center for their entire stay on the Island. Indeed, CI would have the lowest rate of attendence on a per capita basis, you might be talking 0.5% tops of the population are choosing to attend Mosque services.
In regards to the time that it would take to get Nauru and Manus operational I have already stated what I said. How bloody stupid are you to claim that I said it no longer existed. Of course it exists, (it occupies a space on Nauru, you can't really uninvent that). What I did state was that half of the old detention center is now the Police HQ, and the other half was turned into a high school and neither of the new occupiers were likely to give up their digs.
And that is exactly what happened, we've essentially started from scratch all over again, hence the tents with marine-ply floors. They're building a more permanent center but given the fact that of the five months that Nauru has been open, three months have had the monsoon to make like more difficult I'd say that it will be a little bit more then 12 months before a permanent center is operational, (just as I said). On Manus the center had been deserted, looted and the jungle had reclaimed it. The ADF has rehabilitated some of it, but they are dealing with the same issues as Nauru with the added problem of a local population unhappy that various payoffs and facilitation payments seem to have bypassed them so they keep on dropping trees across the access roads.
I stated last year that it would take a year and the best part of a billion dollars to set up a new center on Nauru. I believe that that prediction is pretty much on the money right now Salem.
You were saying?

No Bender, you said that they were dismantled, that they no longer exist. Your story on the Mosque doesn't add up, and your silence on the riots is noted. You can go on and write a convincing paragraph or 2 to make yourself look convincing, but I'm not buying it because you struck out. 3 strikes, on 3 issues you failed. You want us to believe you went from a job in a warehouse to an immigration official? And yet you misspell 'center', a word as a Detention Centre official you'd be writing a few times a day? Your story doesn't add up Bender. Please quit posing and get back to your store job.
