... she looks too good?? She didn't have an affair with her dentist boss for whom she'd worked for 10 years. Her problem was, apparently, that he found her too attractive. It seems he started sending her text messages - to which she didn't respond. His wife busted him sending the text msg's and demanded that he "fire her!" Which he did and she, the sacked dental nurse, a married mother-of-two, went to court and appealed the sacking. It ended up in the Iowa Supreme Court and the all-male justices ruled in favour of the sacking. www.smh.com.au/world/dental-nurse-hits-out-as-court-upholds-decision-to-sack-her-for-being-an-irresistible-attraction-20121224-2bu9t.htmlSo there you have it, gentle reader, if you're a woman who dresses fashionably and looks smashing - not "sexy" per se, just great - you could lose your job because a man has a problem with it. What if she'd come to work dressed in a burqa? Would that have saved her job? Poor lady couldn't win!

Is that an "ex cathedra" pronouncement from you, Matt? Are you speaking with the authority, wisdom, insight and knowledge vested in you by Happy Clapper Inc? Or is that just an opinion? If it is just an opinion, why express it as fact?

If it is just an opinion, why express it as fact? I just know if she were to appeal all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, the original ruling would be overturned and sent back. She is entitled to compensation.
