who enjoys it? I can't deny that I do. I am not into clubs and pubs so the movies and going to to dinner are basically my social life.

Absolutely! We have few restaurants up our way which I would call dining...most are gimmicky, aimed at tourists. In Victoria, we had the pleasure of eating in places which featured home grown local produce...far more satisfying than eating a tiny morsel off a silver fork in the name of culinary art

I have to admit I don't like eating at restaurants that put a smidgeon of food on your plate....not worth it at all

I do, but only attend high class quality venues.

When I noticed the last poster in this thread was Matty-boy (as viewed on the group's homepage), I simply had to click on the link to the thread to see if Matty-boy was posting about his BDSM activities in restaurants, or wild sex on the tables in restaurants, or bisexual activities in restaurants, or whatever. You never know these days when Matty-boy is going to post about one of his perversions in a thread at this group.

I'm a homebody, and prefer to order a meal and have it at home. Our local pub does great meals (and you get a lot plenty on the plate/container-can never go wrong with a pub meal for a hearty and healthy meal) and desserts and I order them and pick them up and eat it at home. Restaurants can be a nice change of scenery, but I feel more comfortable eating a good meal in the privacy and comfort of my home, relaxing watching tv or on the computer while eating instead of at a table in a crowded noisy room. So I usually get whatever food as a 'take away'.

I don't know why, but every time we (my family) go out to dinner everyone votes for Chinese or Thai. Look, these are not my favourite foods but I have to tag along because majority rules. I can however give a big tick to Brazilian food ... wow! Have you ever been to those Brazilian restaurants in the Cross? I went there with my friend from Chile and her daughters and son. It's their favourite and now my favourite. You have a light on the table ... if you leave it green, they just keep bringing the food ... beef, pork, lamb all kebab style which they slice off onto your plates. When you've had enough you hit the red light and they give your table a miss. Ours stayed green for a long time.
