Ha ha ... and you accuse me of "white flight" because I dare to live in middle to high income Manly! I used to live in Manly in 1974.
The place was full of hippies, druggies, crims, whores and all sorts of undesirables back then.
Those of us who were actually working for a living instead of bumbing around on the beaches or hanging out at the boozer all day stood out as being different.Well I could be unkind Kiwi and say that your presence didn't do much to improve the tone of the area. But seeing as you said you were working I'll take that at face value. But as you should know, there are quite a few Housing Dept complexes in Manly and they're full of druggies, crims and - an interesting old fashioned word, "whores" - we call them unmarried mothers these days. Anyway they're all troublemakers as my younger son will tell you seeing as he's always being called out to those complexes because of the anti social habits of the inhabitants. The HD should just pull down those buildings and relocate the tenants to the desert. Then they could build some nice expensive unit blocks or townhouses and fill them with better types of people who aren't a turn off to the local property owners. Fortunately all those old boarding houses have now gone. 25 of them which represented 652 rooms. Think of the riffraff that got rid of! So yes, Manly is much more aesthetically pleasing these days since your fleeting visit. Although I confess I never much noticed the druggies and "whores" ... probably kept better company and hung out in more tasteful surroundings.

Can't even be bothered replying to your rubbish Richo. But it's fun winding you up. Feelings mutual, Deary.

Don't kid yourself, you'll never have the ability to wind me up. But you, well you're a pushover seeing as you have no insights.

Don't kid yourself, you'll never have the ability to wind me up. Really ? And yet here you are responding to what I posted. RPTFLMAO,. Insight ? You, with your paranoid fear or others, deem to lecture on insight, give us a break, sweaty. You are totally incapable of insight. If you had any, you wouldn't resort to the sweeping generalizations that you so wonderfully excel at.

Sweaty?? Lol, and it isn't even 25C here. ;D
Nuff said. Just keep out of my way. Better still, slink back to your obscure board and bore yourself witless.

As I always say, when all you can do, is to highlight a spelling error, it proves you have no other comeback. Lack of insight, and a lack of a whole lot of else, when it comes to you, Stellar. But do keep up with your paranoid generalizations, it makes for such amusing reading.

It's obvious you're one of those pathetic and stubborn know-it-alls who just have to have the last word. People like you who have a pathological need to think they've "won." So I'll just let you have the last word ... after all it's what we do in the asylum. And quite frankly I really can't see much difference between you and the inmates. So fire away because I won't be replying, lol.
Now back to the washing ....

Oh, I think I said this in another thread, but I'll repeat it here, just as you're around an all. But you, of all people, really should be a tad more coy about the work you do and where you do it. I'll leave it at that, other to say that you tend to prove the theory that those who work in Mental Health Services are often as nutty as their clients.
