You forgot to mention the numerous wet markets in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and other places.
But then again, mentioning those other wet markets wouldn't suit your xenophobic, racist, anti-Chinese views, so I guess that's why you conveniently ignored them, eh? Chinese Party are just a bunch of bullies with plans to take over the world... That is just the truth... That isn't racism though. Stellar isn't the only person complaining or pointing out China's errors. There are a WHOLE bunch of disapproving Asian nations, and Asian individuals who also LOATHE the CCP. The CCP are into diabolical acts. Funny thing happened a couple of weeks ago when I watching Crocodile Dundee2 and one of our indigenous was eating a bat... and one guy said to him, "is that alright?" (or something similar) and the aborigine guy said, "Nah... needs garlic,"

China is a communist totalitarian society and before that it was a imperialistic totalitarian society...that's just what it is and seemingly what they prefer...and wanting to have more control in their region doesn't quite equate to wanting to rule the world.

I bet people pre-1939 thought the same thing about Hitler building a war treasury before he marched troops into Poland. the CCP aren't "communist"... they're state Capitalists. They keep their citizens completely under the thumb and underpaid. Do we arrest people in Australia for flying flags? No we do not. The CCP are arresting Hong Kong's Chinese for doing just that. If they're beating up their own citizens what makes you think they wouldn't do worse to you when they invade Australia?.... Oh wait.... Aren't they illegally down in Australia's Antarctic region?.... oh yes, yes they are. They've already invaded us.

Hitler did not have the intention of ruling the world....he wanted greater Germany restored, much like the Jewish people in Israel want a greater Israel.....it would be nigh impossible for any one power to rule the world.
One is not defending China it is important to have all the information correct when yabbering on about any countries intentions.
Per capita China is creating more billionaires than Australia and while there is poverty the Chinese people are way better off now than the old imperial days.
Also poverty is increasing in all English speaking capitalist societies, it is only democratic socialism that builds on equality and happiness.
China is not the only country to have interest in Antarctica, and under the Antarctic Treaty of 1959 it does not necessarily guarantee Australia's claim to territory on the icy continent, as many people seem to think.
In fact, La Trobe University's Daniel Bray says that the treaty "essentially set aside all claims to Antarctica in order to create a legal [framework] to manage human activity on the continent".
"It's the only part of the world where you have a territory that's managed without sovereignty, and that is really misunderstood in the Australian public," he says.
Chinas fishing activities in the Antarctic is illegal, and unreported, so far research isn't unless they break the 1959m treaty which they have signed onto.
Hong Kong was and remains Chinas territory, while for many Honkers being a separate democratic country is an ideal. protesting about it and calling on the US and the UK to help only creates division and hence more security laws for themselves. Which is the objective of the protestors for the US and UK to get involved and war on China...like that's going to happen.
And I'm sure if I was to start waving Nazi flags in the streets I would be dragged off and arrested.
China bashing is merely flavour of the month, it was Trumpo who told ScoMo to call for an investigation into the Virus while the US is not signing to any investigation and all the while killing off Australian trade deals with Barley and Beef...yet nothing un-towards said about Trump mentioned by the RW, he is a great guy making the US great..

Chinese Party are just a bunch of bullies with plans to take over the world... Like the Americans have been attempting to do since 1945?
Okay, they haven't created an empire of colonies they could exploit like the British did, but they have used their economic & military clout to dominate the planet economically to their own advantage.
Thankfully America is a waning superpower now. A huge proportion of the troubles in the world today were either caused by America, or else they have poured petrol onto the fire.

Meanwhile ... back to Stellar's point: Johannes Leak follows in the footsteps of his father, but can only go so farLeak the Younger isn't as artistically talented as his dad was. But he’s already displayed a prodigious talent for the callousness his father only embraced later in life.Jeff Sparrow Dec 17, 2019 Crikey Mates of yours, Trickles? When Bill Leak died of heart failure in 2017, Spectator editor Rowan Dean (and many others on the right) declared the cartoonist had been “hounded to his grave” by the Human Rights Commission. Earlier this month, Leak’s son Johannes drew a cartoon about the so-called Medivac “debate”. The image portrays a queue of stereotypically Middle Eastern refugees lining up by a Qantas jet as asylum-seeker advocate Dr Kerryn Phelps proclaims “another acute case of hypochondria” and a nurse hands out a boarding pass. “You poor man,” the nurse said. “Take one of these and you’ll feel better in no time.” Leak knows, of course, that the camps on Nauru and Manus have been beset by an epidemic of self harm and suicide attempts; that the two sites lack proper medical facilities; and that 12 people have already died in offshore detention. But sure: hypochondria. In November, Johannes Leak became editorial cartoonist for The Australian, taking up the position famously held by his father. The transition speaks volumes about contemporary conservatism. For most of his career, Bill Leak loathed Toryism in general and the Liberal Party in particular. Born into a blue-collar Labor family, he despised John Howard with a particular passion. In one cartoon, Leak presented a toadlike Howard arriving on a boat to be greeted by Indigenous people declaring, “We will decide who comes to this country and the circumstances in which they come”. “But … but … but that’s inhumane,” Howard sputters. As Warren Brown puts it in a eulogy for his friend, Leak saw conservatives as “hell-bent on crushing the arts, education, health, welfare — all the things he understood to be fair and ethical”. In 2008, Leak tumbled from a balcony belonging to business tycoon John Singleton and suffered serious head injuries. “While convalescing at his home in Hardy’s Bay,” Brown said, “his outlook began to change diametrically”. The circumstances of that change encouraged a dismissal of Leak’s subsequent conservatism as the consequence of cortical trauma — a clearly erroneous medicalisation (since Leak drew as well as ever) of a pretty traditional political evolution. No especial mystery shrouds the process by which erstwhile radicals become reactionary as they age into riches and success. The cartoons of Leak’s late phase make more sense if considered not as the output of a damaged brain but as a shift common to many in his generation, with his drawings about Safe Schools, Indigenous people and political correctness gone mad all begging for the addition of the caption, “OK boomer”. As a rule, apostates don’t walk away from their old beliefs. Rather, they excoriate them obsessively, seeking to settle accounts with their younger selves. That’s what made the later Leak so iconic for the right: his willingness — compulsion, even — to go low when attacking the minorities he once defended. By triggering progressives, he served an important function for a conservatism with no particular program of its own, uniting a fractured right in tribal opposition to the left. He was also talented (nine Walkleys, 12 Archibald nominations, etc) in a way that his son — who dutifully mimics Dad’s style, up to and including his strange obsession with gimp suits — simply isn’t. The dynastic succession by which, as The Australian put it, Johannes “ascend[ed] the cartoon world’s throne” speaks volumes about the supposed anti-elitism espoused by reactionary populists. Emerging cartoonists abound in Australia — but not all of them have the right surname. But if the younger Leak’s not much of an artist (WTF does this drawing even mean?), he’s already displayed a prodigious talent for the callousness his father only embraced later in life. In April 2016, Omid Masoumali died after setting himself on fire on Nauru. An inquest found that, had he been transferred to Australia, he almost certainly would have survived. It takes a certain kind of cruelty to dismiss him as a “hypochondriac”. But that’s the point. Conservatism needs to outrage liberals to hold itself together. If you’re committed to “owning the left”, you need neither scruples nor ability.

You and I both know trees are carbon sinks... meanwhile disgraceful Australia, Brazil and Indonesia are criminally vandalizing our planet removing VALUABLE virgin forests. For every immigrant coming here to Australian means another block is cleared of precious trees and nowhere for our native animals to live. This is no longer the Australia that we grew up to love... It's now an international favela... Tell me why I should be happy about that?
