After decades of silence, a new argument emerges:

Mind doesn't need Matter to exist; Matter needs a Mind.

Not so new: Descartes was saying something similar hundreds of years ago only he said it in Latin: cogito ergo sum or "I think, therefore I am"

The notion that we are likely living in a simulated reality, is fairly new... We only discovered it by observing the behaviour of atoms in the double slit experiment.

Ahhh I see. A matrix!

Atoms react differently depending on whether they are observed or not. It's almost as if reality itself, has its own consciousness or autonomy. It's all very intriguing.

It really amazes me the way religionists twist physics in a desperate attempt to justify their god delusion.

It really amazes me the way religionists twist physics in a desperate attempt to justify their god delusion. You, Prickles? With your twisted versions of reality that come straight out of the Trump playbook? You, Prickles, with your grotesque attempts to insert yourself into the conversation so that you can divert it into directions of your choosing, such as your obsession over everything to do with America, or hopping onto your bandwagons- strewth you even claim to be qualified to speak for Australia’s First People’s. How’s that for hubris! You, Prickles, who only comes onto the Religion Board to troll and to disrupt. You, Prickles, you accuse Occam of “twisting physics”? You? How grotesque!

Hahaha … “grotesque” appears to be your “word of the year” 'cause you use it regularly.
Just like millennials say “awesome” all the time over every piffling little thing.

It really amazes me the way religionists twist physics in a desperate attempt to justify their god delusion. You mean in the same way naturalists twist evolution to justify their atheism?

They don't but I understand, sympathetically, why you'd turn that argument back on Prickles.

They don't, but I understand, sympathetically, why you'd turn that argument back on Prickles. Just as not all Christians misuse the sciences... Personally, if I approach the question without bias, I happen to see no fault in this individual's conclusion nor his methods. If one does, I'd be happy to discuss it. If KTJ wants to dismiss it, he requires a better basis than a blanket statement--That's just ignorance. Yes, KTJ, I'll say it: YOU ARE IGNORANT! KTJ is demonstrably no friend to scientific inquiry, or it's methods. And yet he petitions, nay--DEMANDS sound evidence from others. How will he reconcile this dichotomy? He probably won't- because ignorance never shows much reason.
