Ponto the last time I drove on the Mid-Western hwy between West Wyalong and Hay which was in 2018 they were installing the irrigation infrastructure. It starts about 100 km east of Hay. Back then you couldn't miss the massive trenches that were being dug and the huge irrigation pipes that were stacked on the side of the trenches waiting to be laid. Today, a year later, it's not nearly as in your face. But it's there. You can see where the trenches have been filled in and the vegetation hasn't grown over the trenchwork yet. Just occasionally the pipes will poke up in a junction of pipes. It's massive. I'd love to see Barnaby Joyce up on charges over this but it's not just Barnaby, it's the whole miserable Coalition of franking credits luvvies. And that includes Josh Frydenberg.

The topic of sect44 and Friedhisberg is off the boil, unless Standl petition gains traction in the high court, so moooving forward...when the LNP said Australia was 'open for business it was code for rape and pillage the landscape, people should travel out west to see the industrial level water irrigation going on and tge land clearing along with it. Travel Barnaby's New England and you see how arid it has become...few steps away from desertification process....and will only get worse with climate change.
On Franking Credits there was nothing but lies about the topic from the LNP and its informers, its paid for by the poor and such measures as the governments robo debt collecting, its obscene...then that's the society the RW want an obscene aspirational society like the USA where mass shooting's are a almost daily event....Trump making the US great again...weakening environmental protection and lowering wage growth under the banner of job growth...work as slaves.

It’s all to protect franking credits, Ponto. They’re more important than the planet. Surely you can see that. Hey Trickles! Ponto requires mentoring.

Greed comes first with the LNP.....and in the end you cannot eat coal or unsustainable franking credits.

Towns are running out of water....drought will continue...and the LNP are calculating on a few good seasons to say nothing is wrong...its a foolish calculate gamble that is playing Russian roulette knowing if they can keep the people fooled long enough to keep supporting them just so their mates can make billions is just blatantly evil ...there is no fixing the climate.....and anyone who votes LNP knowing the consequences of their actions deserves contempt.
The fact that the LNP are shutting down legitimate dissent within the media shows that these bastards are immoral....bordeline fascist.

Quite so, Ponto, and I remain in awe at your dogged persistence in continuing to cast those pearls of wisdom before the contemptible swine. You should read Matt 7:6. Perhaps you should consider casting franking credits

Trickles calls this a "personal attack"? A biblical reference quoting the ref code without the text is a "personal attack"? How Frankly Credulous is that!! And even if I had quoted the KJV text of Matt 7:6 would that still have been a "personal attack"? All of a sudden I feel a momentary pang of sympathy for Israel Folau! Help!

Oh well then I might as well go the full Israel Folau and quote the text Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.

Proverbs 26:11

Your word, not mine. You think you're the board's "squeaky wheel" which is why you spam it with the same old, same old. The only time you were original with that particular spam post - and unlike you I haven't done a count so I can only go on your figure of 289 - was with the very first one. Since then you've been like the dog in Proverbs 26:11. Would you like me to quote Proverbs 26:11 in full? Here it is:
As a dog returns to his vomit, so a fool repeats his folly
And we all know you'll just keep on doing it. A more rational individual would tire of his own vomit pretty quickly and move on. But you're not ... err ... rational! I can't believe you'd seriously entertain ambitions to becoming moderator. How's that other board, Frankly Credulous? The one you've set up as an alternative to this one? I've kept my word by the way and have never gone there. And I never will. Imagine that, a Pim-free board with you as mod. What? No takers? Awww shucks!

I'm so pleased that you've officially announced the figure of 290. Now for 300 which will be no problem at all. Now I readily admit that the "dog returning to his own vomit" post from Proverbs 26:11 was an attack post. "Admit"? Hell, I wear it as a badge of honour. The language is pretty colourful but then the bible can be like that. Maybe we can dress it up a little and have it in the King James version. Here goes:
As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.
Does that lend a certain gravitas to the biblical quote? Hmmm, not really. The image is still pretty confronting. Now I could understand if you objected to to being spoken to like that and I also acknowledge that the Israel Folau defence "But I'm only quoting the Bible! Help! I'm being oppressed for quoting the Bible!" doesn't really cut it. The Bible can be selectively quoted and that's what I did. I won't deny it. And of course that's what Israel Folau also did.
So yes I agree, the quote from Proverbs 26:11 is confronting and you could call it an attack post. But all those others? Every single one of them? All 290 of them - or rather 291 because you're going to have to include this one! - are "attack posts" in the same way that the "dog returning to his own vomit" is an attack post?
You're in a bad way.
P.S. I know what you've posted because all I have to do is click on "Display Post". And when I click on "Create Post" with this one all your previous posts will revert to being hidden. You wouldn't believe how much space that saves.
291 - getting it up to 300 will be a piece of cake.
