Sunday morning in Oz (lunchtime in Aotearoa New Zealand) and it's as quiet as a mouse in this group. Have all you NTB1ers suddenly found god and buggered off to church, or something similar? Just wondering....

Olympics? What Olympics?? In Aotearoa New Zealand, Sky gained exclusive rights to broadcast coverage of the Olympics and they won't share with anybody else. In the past, one could watch the Olympics on free-to-air television channels, but not this time. I REFUSE to pay money to Sky to watch the Olympics, so “fuck the Olympics”....I'd rather watch wet concrete set hard.

You have a law in Australia forcing pay television services to make significant sporting events involving Australians avaliable for free to free-to-air television channels.
In New Zealand, the scumbag Nats government is too busy looking after their own shareholding in SKY and other pay-television services....yet another example of corruption and self-interest of the John Key government. They are slimeballs of the worst kind. Unfortunately, NZ is full of idiots who have voted for them in sufficent numbers to allow them to win three elections.

Well, considering you refuse to vote, you forfeit your right to complain.

Errrrrrr.....I voted AGAINST John Key's Nats in the last three general elections.
So how is that “refusing to vote”??

Did you vote or not, after all, you keep making a big song and dance about how you don't vote.

Now listen up very carefully.... ....I support the FREEDOM to CHOOSE whether or not to vote, rather than the FASCISM & COMPULSION you have forced on you in Oz. I also support the FREEDOM to CHOOSE to VOTE, which is what I CHOOSE to do every three years. But if I ever decided to CHOOSE to NOT VOTE, then I have the FREEDOM to do so if that is what I ever wished. Unlike you Aussies who are DICTATED TO by NANNY STATE to VOTE, whether you wish to or not. Now bend over and take it up the arse, there's a good boy!
