I had one of those for brunch a couple of hours ago.
“Dangerously-yummy” doesn't even begin to describe it. The grilled stone fruit (apricots and peaches), salted caramel and maple syrup really contrasted with the mascarpone cheese; with the almonds and whipped cream literally being the icing on the top. The waffles were done to perfection. I like the way they provided the maple syrup in a small glass jug, so one could pour it over the dish a bit at a time. Very filling though....I struggled to get through it.
