I just watched the Lateline interview Earl Grey. www.abc.net.au/lateline/content/2012/s3629022.htm Seems there's a conspiracy of silence that goes way beyond the Church and involves the cops as well. Not only that but it involves politicians too. The Catholic Church has penetrated into high levels in the NSW Branch of the Liberal Party. Basically in Sydney it factionalises along religious lines: the eastern suburbs branches being stacked with Opus Dei Catholics and the north west with the Hillsong crowd. To be fair, it isn't just the Liberals. I think this conspiracy of silence involves NSW Labor politicians too. If this Det Chief Inspector Fox has been investigating paedophile activity within the Hunter region for the past couple of decades, and submitting reports that the top brass of the NSW cops and the politicians have sat on, then that involves politicians of both persuasions. No wonder they're all reluctant to set up a Royal Commission. The prospect must terrify them. And yet it would appear to require nothing less than a Royal Commission.

There does need to be a royal commission.
This filth, torture and abuse is not at all a representation of Christianity, it is representation of pure evil.
Jesus loves, He does not want to hurt people.
