Perhaps all the whities have woken up to the fact that we now live in the 21st century?

From what I learned of South Pacific history from the original Polynesian/Melanesian cultures through First Contact with Europeans to their absorption into the European/American imperial framework, these Pacific Islanders were evangelised in the 1800s overwhelmingly by Methodist missionaries. Hence the Wesleyan connection. And it also sheds a bit of light on the predominance of Islander faces in the pic in the link.
Where KTJ and garfield see this story as an opportunity to score cheap shallow ignorant points and basically to drop a smelly fart in a crowded lift, others might reflect on the extent to which the Wesleyan influence is so important in these communities.

There seems to be the misconception ( pun intented ) that Christianity belongs only to white people. Not true at all. Jesus belongs to all races/creeds.

Perhaps all the whities have woken up to the fact that we now live in the 21st century? So you are saying you believe non-white people are backward? And the white people have 'woken up' but black people haven't? What a racist, bigoted and nasty thing to say. You really hate 'darkies' don't you KTJ? Is there a branch of the KKK in NZ? Because you would fit in well there, as you say some of the most racist and offensive things here. You're just lucky Bender isn't here to report your racist arse to proboards.
