Its a feudal place Nth Korea and the people in serfdom from indoctrination since childhood...what can you do..??...other than hope in time it will collapse.

Mind you, the USA has a long history of judicially killing citizens by using a crude method of hanging (resulting in slow strangulation instead of instant oblivion); electrocuting citizens and not always getting it right, resulting in a slow excrutiatingly painful death; poisoning citizens in gas chambers once again resulting in slow extremely agonizing deaths; and pumping poison chemicals into citizens' veins without always putting them out first, once again resulting in slow agonizing deaths. Real saddistic, sicko stuff from the justice system in the USA.
By comparison, being completely obliterated with a mortar shell would be quick oblivion.
However, the best solution of all would be NO judicial executions. Only the truely barbaric (Altair is one of those barbaric people) support judicial murders.
