This was during a speech Howard gave at a dinner back in 2006 to celebrate Quadrant magazine's 50th anniversary. Howard in 2012 would probably admit that he got it wrong in his 2006 speech, in the sense that his description of the "Long March" didn't go far enough. If Howard were to give his 2006 "Long March" speech in 2012 hed say that the "Long March" of the dreaded "soft left" (Howard's term) hadn't just involved the hairy lefties taking over the nation's schools, universities and public broadcasters, they'd taken over the dictionaries as well!

You knows whats really funny, the biggest misogynists ever are the Taliban and a certain Aussie named David hicks joined the Taliban and now the left regard hicks as a lefty hero that should sue the tax payers, lefties hey? comprehensively farked in the cranium regions or what ;D
