ok....2 large chicken breast cut in half, brown them in olive oil and place in the slow cooker. 1/2 cup of chopped shallots and I softened mine in the pan juices from the chicken, place on top of chicken along with 1 garlic clove crushed, 1 tablespoon of chopped basil, 1 can of whole tomatoes chopped and half a cup of water. Cook on low for around 7 hours. Take chicken out and and chop into pieces, put it back in the cooker. Add a cup of thickened cream, 2 egg yokes and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and cook on high for 30 minutes while you prepare around 200 grams (half a san remo packet) of fettuccine. Add the boiled fettuccine to the cooker, stir and cook on low for another 30 minutes. Enjoy. You can also add chopped mushrooms when you add the cream.
