Matt, your brand of frothing right-winged fanaticism, is iconic of everything wrong with religion.

Strewth, Matt! Such fantasies you have! You look to Italy, a country that looks like it might very possibly reinstate someone like Berlusconi as PM, to be the torchbearer to complete the work of the Protestant Reformation?
500 years late, but there you are I guess! Potiusque sero quam nunquam and all that sort of thing.
BTW go easy on whether it is you're smoking, or sniffing, or injecting!!

Libenter homines id quod volunt credunt Pretty much sums up Buzz's whole Latin quote war. For those of you who don't speak Latin, Buzz is using a very cowardly method of boasting by speaking over you. First he said: "Ego numquam pronunciare mendacium, sed ego sum homo indomitus" it means, "I never tell a lie, but I am a savage." , a line he stole from the Movie "Braveheart." (I expect he thought we would be too dim to notice that.) Pim responded, "dulceest desipere in loco" or "It is pleasant to play the fool at times." --It's a common Latin phrase. Buzz responded: Veritas vos liberabit. "The truth will set you free" Which is interesting, since that particular phrase is taken from John 8:32. (A phrase he'd outright reject in any other given context.) I responded with a saying from Julius Caesar. "Libenter homines id quod volunt credunt" - "Men freely believe in whatever they want." In response to both of his quotes. And he very feebly responded with: "Rem nimium bene gerere, in solitudo esse" "To be successful is to be in solitude." Which is kind of a melancholy "pity party" expression. To which I now reaffirm: "Libenter homines id quod volunt credunt" - "Men freely believe in whatever they want."

Oh look, having a "I have a bigger dick than you" in Latin, the official language of that filthy Holy See! / Why? Are you feeling threatened, Matt? It's okay, I'll speak for you: Hey everyone! Matt wants to say that he has a really BIG penis, too. He doesn't want you to think that just because he isn't writing in Latin, that his penis is small. Just wanted to let you know.... just in case you were wondering..okay.
