Gillard to outline spending cuts promise
Prime Minister Julia Gillard will today promise "substantial" new cuts to Government spending in the lead-up to this year's budget, to fund plans for a National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Which did not occur (well according to the ALP's web site that is. Plenty on her speech about her father's death 6 months back).
Do we put that down to another lie or just a media beat up by the ABC?
