With COVID-19 spreading like wildfire and the vaccines failing, we still have one card up our sleeves, that being vitamin D3, K2 and zinc.
For every 10,000IU of vitamin D3, you should take 200mcg of vitamin K2, they complement each other.
Advice from a doctor:

And up yours too, Mad Matt! Believe what you want. But they have done studies which show much better outcomes for people who have been supplementing with D3.

Mad Matt stop trying.
Accept that I won’t take my medical advice from you or anyone else on this benighted board. Instead I’ll take my medical advice from the properly accredited public health authorities.
Thank you and good night.

Mad Matt stop trying. Accept that I won’t take my medical advice from you or anyone else on this benighted board. Instead I’ll take my medical advice from the properly accredited public health authorities. Thank you and good night. But these people are heath experts! Talking about public health experts, most who haven't practiced medicine and have focused on health administration ever since leaving university, look at how great their advice has been. Not very good. I'm very impressed with the new Queensland Chief Health Officer though. He is someone who has practiced medicine and is an infectious disease expert. He has said we will all be exposed to COVID-19 and to get ready for it. I'm ready, upping my vitamin D3, K2 and zinc, as per the above two experts advice.

The best source of Vitamin D is from the sun. I also get Vit D from Caltrate which is a calcium supplement.
People who don't get much exposure to the sun in the northern hemisphere winter should take a supplement. However you have to remember that Vit D is stored by the body so summer sun exposure should give you enough D to last throughout winter.
I eat plenty of leafy greens and dairy, meat and egg yolks so should be getting enough K2 from my diet. My eggs usually come from my son's place so they're free range and organic. We don't eat organ meats such as liver, kidneys, hearts and brains like we used to and they're a very rich source of Vit K. I'd like to make my own sauerkraut as the stuff that's available is mostly pastuerised so therefore useless. But that said, vitamin K deficiencies are rare in adults, however they are very common in newborns. That's why it's standard practice to give an injection for Vit K to newborn babies.
Also remember that Vit K has blood clotting properties so if you need to thin the blood you don't really need an excess of it! And if you're already taking blood thinners such as warfarin, you had better check with your doctor first before you start taking supplements of Vit K!

I'm taking 10,000IU per day.
I'm thinking of upping it to 30,000IU as it isn't toxic.
Dr Sam Robbins has a blood level of 900, and above 30 is considered not deficient!

There are no serious cases in Queensland, which proves vitamin D is a game changer.
