If Gladys doesn't start putting her foot down and refuse lockdowns, she will lose support.

I'm quite happy for the lockdown. Especially as it will keep my next door neighbour home! She's starting to get some mild forgetfulness and so she spends all day out and about in the city AND BONDI since her husband died. While the rest of us are doing the right thing and not travelling around unnecessarily, she is out 7 days a week. Her daughter who is an RN is quite worried about her. If anyone brings this virus to my doorstep it will be her! In the meantime, older son and family will be leaving the Blue Mountains on Monday. Younger son is currently in Chilli Beach in Cape York on a 4WD trek with some colleagues - 4 vehicles and 13 people. They've been gone for 9 days. A lot of people are disappointed seeing as school holidays have just started. But that's exactly when you have to stop people going out and about which is what they do on holidays unfortunately. And now someone with the virus came to Manly and visited Hugos on the wharf and The Boathouse at Shelly Beach. Time to start shopping in Dee Why again.

We're going to eventually need to start living with the virus and accepting cases in the community. I think we're ready for it. Around 99.1 percent of aged care facilities have had two visits for the vaccine. So all those oldies who volunteered to be vaccinated have mostly now been fully vaccinated.
Those who opted not to, unfortunately the rest of society needs to move on and if they catch it it is on them and their families.

She’s treating it as a public health emergency, you’re treating it as a political football. That’s the difference. Geddit?
Well not you so much, Matt. I doubt Gladys would give a toss about your political football but since you’re the self-appointed board spokesidiot for the cockroaches on Sky News After Dark it’s them that Gladys would be aware of. She’s doing what she has to do. If I were living in NSW I’d support her.

She responded far too late. She is a first class imbecile. I can't believe her egomania.

Funny how Dr. Kerry Chant couldn't answer a basic question from a Sky News journalist a few minutes ago when she was asked "how many people are in hospital with Covid-19"? Is the answer "zero"?

We do not "need to start living with the virus" until we have enough people vaccinated and enough vaccines available. Until then we are in a precarious position.

Gladys said right from the start we had to "live with the virus"... how about just NSW live with the fucking virus... does that sound like a better plan? No one visits NSW and NSW stay in their own borders. I like that plan better!~

Well his boss should be charged! And what about the whistleblower? These limousine drivers are NOT doing the right thing according to him.

Well his boss should be charged! And what about the whistleblower? These limousine drivers are NOT doing the right thing according to him. It was actually the fault of Gladys and Brad, who didn't issue strict health orders. All that they issued was "guidelines" around mask wearing and vaccination for private drivers. I guess we all live and learn.

It isn't changing that much. The vaccines seem to be working so well in the United Kingdom in that a greater proportion of those hospitalised are younger people who have not been able to get vaccinated. The oldies who are vaccinated are unaffected.

The virus has mutated at least 30 times...and UK has another new variant 'Lambada' and many deaths is still occurring, hospitals over whelmed, if you happen to be involved in a accident and end in hospital its likely you will catch covid.
Gladys should have locked down sooner ...the horse has bolted.

Get well soon. Shame he was not old enough to take the vaccine. ‘Like being hit by a bus’: Agriculture Minister Adam Marshall’s first days of COVIDBy Lucy Cormack June 26, 2021 SYDNEY MORNING HERALD NSW Agriculture Minister Adam Marshall says he feels intense fatigue, aches and a sore throat after testing positive to COVID-19 earlier this week. Mr Marshall on Saturday morning recorded a video diary from his bed in isolation in Sydney, describing his first days of symptoms as feeling like being “hit by a bus”. “Sore joints, cold sweats, bit of a headache, sore throat and generally all you want to do is lay in bed,” he said in the video. “It feels like being hit buy a bus. You sort of just feel so lethargic, a bit like having a flu, a bit congested,” he said. Which doesn't stop you getting covid-19. It stops a person getting severely ill. The oldies in the nursing home in Melbourne who caught Covid-19 in their recent outbreak had mild and asymptomatic symptoms because they had been fully vaccinated. They were taken to hospital for observation, but had actual medical reason for being moved. Mark McGowan has you West Australians fooled, thinking this virus is going to go away. The whole point of the vaccination program is to blunt the impact of the virus, not to eradicate it. Gladys has said that once a significant portion of the NSW population is vaccinated (she said 10 million doses, which would be 5 million people), that there will be a massive relaxation when it comes to responding to Covid-19. Hopefully that'll mean not having hotel quarantine anymore. That is a state decision to get rid of it and I think she will.

I am on the waiting list for the vaccine. Because Gladys needs 10 million jabs done, if I am granted a booking before Novavax is available, I'll take Pfizer.
I'll risk the heart inflammation so that the NSW can get us out of this.

Didn't think so. At no stage whatsoever did Mark McGowan think this was going away... right at the very beginning he told us we were going to be locked down for a solid 18 months... that is our border, not us in our homes. Only recently he dropped the ball allowing f'king NSW dupes here AFTER the Indian Covid was allowed to seed Australia. I told him NOT TO open the borders. The guy gets death threats for his hard line approach... just remember OVER 80% of WA people voted for him... Can you even contemplate how that man is ADMIRED for stopping us seeded? Anyway, as of today, WA mines have been infested by some NSW wanker that snuck in via Queensland, and NT... When the mines stop, which could happen, no more money for your side of the country, that's for sure then you really will have something to grizzle about!~

Didn't think so. At least one of the residents at the Melbourne aged care facility who was infected with the delta strain was in their 90s and only had mild symptoms. They were fully vaccinated. The fully vaccinated people at the Hoxton Park party, the NSW super spreader, have all tested negative. I would encourage you to take the vaccine, do your bit for the economy. Don't be like Pauline:
