I'll be the first to admit that I may occasionally get things wrong. Would a leftist politician do the same?
The accusations against Trump failed, no apology. AOC exaggerated her peril at the capital building, but she wasn't even there at the time. The severity of Covid, etc.
And yet, not one retraction. Not one.

Back to the topic:
Mark Zuckerberg, liar or incompetent?
You decide:
Jack Dorsey, liar or incompetent.
You decide:
Now that Trump was acquired, Twitter, Amazon and Google's actions are baseless.

(For clarity: Hate speech means speech that incites hatred. This distinction is important, because you seem to think it means SPEECH that you HATE to consider)

Free speech is not defined as spreading misinformation and lies....free speech is defined as reporting the truth...that's what defines a democracy...certainly not whacky QAnon inspired RW conspiracy theories.

I don't think occasionally wrong is an accurate description of your posts Spork. From what I see here, replacing occasionally with consistently would be appropriate. Your opinion. It doesn't further the discussion at all. And neither do your constant lies and inventions Spork. I wouldn't call my description of your post so much an opinion as an observation backed up with fact. Let's see in this post you've claimed that Anthony Fauci is somehow criminally responsible for COVID and that you have the evidence to arrest him for it. You've claimed that Microsoft is using the Vaccine as some sort of trojan horse to implant us all with microchips. And despite your claims about Facebook and Amazon shutting down free speech you are still here...….. Should we keep going?

Its up to the individual/organisation/group reporting to speak the truth, where in a democracy people need to know the truth or at least receive a balance in media journalism to determine the truth. Journalist in a democracy have a code to report truth, which has been laid aside either for profit or to influence with bias.
As an eg: Trump announcing to the world that the election was stolen from him is a lie, and he should be sued for it, and I think he is currently being sued, a election company is taking him to court, megaphoning misinformation and then getting canned for it is not anti free speech, commonsense for if that misinformation is widely shared then opinions are not based on truths, it becomes manipulative in setting an agenda that goes against democracy.
Another case in point in with climate change as an eg: its OK for pro coal supporters to say...well there is an abundance of coal, its cheap energy and provides for jobs, while there is damage to the environment and a cause effect to global warming the cheap resource and jobs out weigh the negatives.
While the anti coal environmental concerned people will say the negative effects of global warming caused by burning fossils is more costly to people and will be destructive to life in the future and now as global warming effects are being felt, so renewable energy is the way to go if a safer future is wanted.
Now a punter can determine for themselves what they think is the best path to to take, for a coal miner its 'well its me job' so will support burning fossils, someone who has more environmental consciousness thinking will think 'its the environment and a sustainable planet to exist on' is most important.
A balance choice.
But if the coal mining spreads misinformation like coal is good for the environment because they can carbon capture on their chimneys, or announce global warming is not happening, and influence a poor choice not based on truth then that is wrong, indeed.....illegal.

Let's forget conspiracy theories for a moment and apply some common sense: In a hygienic environment surgeons use masks to protect patients from outside bacteria and viruses. These methods are effective because of the frequency they are used and disposed of. Surgery ends- gloves and masks go into the trash, right? Let's move that scenario to Joe Everybody. How many times do you suppose he washes, changes, or disposes of his mask? How many people do you suppose are wearing their masks throughout their work day? Hours? How confident are you in knowing that they aren't wearing these things for a week straight? Maybe even months. Have you done your research about how many microbes of bacteria grows on human flesh inside just one hour. Armed with this information how confident are you now, that these masks are really protecting you from illness? I'm a common man, and I understand this. The medical community ought to know much more. You are right to object to me calling them diapers. Diapers would be cleaner. Btw: Fauci, Gates, and the W.H.O. are to blame for Covid-19. They outsourced G.O.F. research of S.A.R.S. and M.R.S. from Ft. Dietrich to Wuhan . And Gates funded 3.7 million into it. They knew it was leaking. Georgetown in 2016, Fauci stood up in front of an Audience and proclaimed there would be a Pandemic during Trump's term. Coincidence? 4 years later, Corona. If I were a police officer, I could arrest Fauci for that prediction/threat alone. And then there's this little gem of looniness. BTW it's not Fort Dietrich you idiot, it's Fort Detrick. Do you understand how stupid you look spouting off conspiracy theories and you can't even get the name of the place that's the literal epicentre of your claims right. I can see what's going on in your head. You're telling yourself that it's okay, you're not wrong, it's just my opinion that it's Ft Detrick not Ft Dietrich. It's not okay, you are wrong.....

This will be the next phase: The next outbreak will be blamed on the radical religious right. ( and we are already seeing this starting. ) Who the media has conditioned most to believe are anti-science. They will try to round them up and ship them off to 're-education camps', to learn how to comply with the spoon fed narrative we are being forced to swallow. Mr Microsoft Bill Gates, and the WHO, who are now on Bill's payroll to give him whatever stats or findings he wants, will rush into the save the day with his vaccine (which has the patent license: WO2020060606, btw no coincidence...) And everyone will have the first in a series of microchipped vaccinations. Now sit back, grab some popcorn and watch it unfold just as I predicted. Did someone say Microchips Spork...…..

Incidently, I popped WO2020060606 into a search engine Spork. Maybe a visit to this site before posting any of your wacky claims might be in order..... www.snopes.com/fact-check/microsoft-own-patent-666/In short, the abovementioned patent has nothing to do with Vaccines and refers to the use of body data to mine cryptocurrency. Yet will this give Spork any pause? I think we all know the answer to that.

Don't you owe us some retractions before we move on Spork? I wouldn't normally ask but you made such a big deal about your willingness to do so, contrasting it with your purported belief that a "leftist" politician wouldn't and then proceeded to try and back it up with a claim that unsurprisingly turned out to be yet another fabrication...…. Retractions: 1. I don't trust Fauci, he made pronouncements that I still find suspect. He is also on record for lying to the public in March 8, 2020. Whatever his intent, a noble lie is still a lie, but I will suspend judgements until further evidence is revealed. 2. I don't trust Bill Gates. On a Ted talk in 2017, Bill suggested that vaccinations would reduce population growth. What he intended by that is unclear. Then there is also the matter of event 201... As I recall Bill Gates is the highest funder of the W.H.O., which means he can get the results he pays for. 3. I remain resolute on my position regarding the censorship in social media. Both Facebook and Twitter admitted openly that they had censored Mainstream sources (eg: The New York Times) from their platform 4. The microchipping argument was more or less reactionary. I remember once reading a comment about microchipping for vaccinations in the third world to keep track of who is up to date, but I haven't heard about this occuring in the west, yet... I am not anti-vax, and were I to refuse the vaccination it would be on ethical grounds. (For my stance on the pro-life/ pro-choice debate..), not on paranoia. 5. I don't trust the Liberal Mainstream media. There are countless times where raw footage had been clipped to serve a specified agenda. 6. To be fair, I think there has been a lot of deception and spin from both sides of the political fence than I have ever seen in a long time. Its hard to know what/whom to believe. 7. I still think Corona virus is 5% truth 95% fear mongering. And its a scapegoat to cover for the next worldwide economic collapse. And believe me, I want to be wrong about this.
