The thread's title is the title of a two-volume tome (and both volumes are bloody big and bloody heavy) in a slip-case, containing the complete works of Don Martin which, appeared in MAD magazine between 1956 and 1988. There are literally hundreds (perhaps thousands.....I haven't counted them) of zany cartoons, drawings and assorted pieces of slightly MAD artwork.
Pim would probably look down his nose at a work such as this, but I guess you'd get that on the big-jobs from the literary elite.
However, it's great on a rainy day when one wishes to be amused, but without putting the brain into too high a gear.

I still haven't made it to the end of Volume One of the Don Martin books, let alone started on Volume Two.
Don Martin was certainly a very prolific cartoonist and artist.
