I use Google Chrome which is far better and a lot quicker: www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/No need to install addons for things like spell check, because it automatically detects your language by your region. You also have the option to sync your web browser, meaning all your bookmarks are shared across all computers you're logged into, and if your computer blows up, everything is there for you when you reinstall Chrome.

You should give Chrome a try out as well, it is free, might as well put all three browsers to the test to get the best outcome for your web browsing.
I have used all three, but after examining how stable they were, responsiveness and so forth, I have opted for Chrome.

You didn't?
I would question whether a person has considering the enormous difference between the two.

I'm computer literate enough to get me by. I use the basics on my computer and don't need anything fancy. I go on fb, this group, google a few websites here and there, download a bit of music and send emails....that's pretty well it.

I have Chrome, Firefox and IE.
Chrome I use for most things (like here) but it doesn't have a way of integrating Google search bar any more (neither does Firefox now) so for researching stuff I use IE.
Love the Google search bar, I use it constantly.

Fat, why do you need a Google Search bar in Chrome? Just type your search in the address bar and press enter.

I like to see the search results on the next page without altering the view I already have. On the Google system I don't even have to copy and paste to search - just hi-light. Sometimes I have 20 or 30 windows open across 2 screens. Plus the several documents I am working on.
Earl - I had the search bar on previous versions of firefox but the latest edition update wouldn't allow me to do it.
I have the search on the top right and Google is there as well as Bing (totally useless search Bing is too) and Yahoo but it doesn't have the same flexibility, like opening a new page for results, searching on the site you are already on or searching the page you have open etc. as the search bar.
