One nice freshly put together lamb & rosemary pie with some steamed greens, and washed down with a rather good red. Yum!

I love beef rending, and I make a mean one...made from scratch and cooked on a very low heat for about four hours...the beef just melts!

Last nights fare was slow cooked chicken thigh cutlets in my own spice mix , all the sweet ones...cardamom, coriander, ginger...with a little chilli, cumin and turmeric simmered slowly in coconut milk, palm sugar and tamarind.

It's to die for... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indomie_Mi_gorengI buy the blue ones, the red ones, and recently tried the brown bag packaged ones (satay) They contain 5 sachet bags in one single packet of noodles.... two powdered for the boiling, and 3 sauces, chili, sweet soy and this oily one with the palm sugar in it...
