Knocked this up the other night...the pan is about 600mm across, specifically designed for paella. Chicken, chorizo, prawns and mussels... Very easy recipe, too Attachments:

My friend who is Chilian of Spanish descent makes that paella. She knows not to make it when I come to dinner.

Question is .... did you eat it all yourself?? I know there is only one knife, fork and wine glass in the pic, but it was shared between three...with enough left over for lunch the next day. Economies of scale at work, here
