Got rid of the 4G wireless stick and now using Internode Naked ADSL2+, which is duel stack IPv4 and IPv6.
Much more reliable and will do me until the NBN rolls past my place.

My son has naked adsl - he loves it. I wouldn't hold my breath for the NBN. The NBN is being rolled out in the suburb next to mine, I have seen the NBN trucks and the rolls of cable being put underground. It is happening and that is why I will vote for the party who supports it.

The Liberal Party could support it if it gets rid of Abbott.

All the more reason to keep Abbott (but there aren't many though LOL)

NBN still aims for 93% of the population coverage but now the schedule for this is still 8 years away.

It was always going to take 10 years, it was delayed 18 months due to the ACCC approval process. The government should have legislated to exempt the NBN from it, but it couldn't due to the independents.

A lot of the contracts have already been signed as well, so the Liberals would have a hard time with it all. There will be such an outcry because 1/3 of the population will get it and 2/3 wont if they cancelled the project while still honouring existing contracts.
