a full vegetarian. It has been over 12 months now since I have eaten any read meat and my cholesterol is much better. I have a fruit/vege/turmeric golden paste smoothie each day for lunch and now I am going to only have the smoothies for every meal for a week starting the 1st Jan. I'm also going to drink only green teas and maybe add a nut or two. I want to detox and then go from there.
